Thank you for registering for our class! Please contact Jana with any questions via text or call at 715-642-1506. 

If this will be your first in person session with Jana, please bring a copy of your dog's vaccinations for Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella. Your dog also needs to be current on flea/tick preventative. 

Please feel free to show up to class a little early to take time to potty your dog and get warmed up in our training room.
