In this 6 week class, each 30 minute session will cover one skill/concept. This engaging class will be informative, but short, in order to not be overwhelming and to fit into busy schedules. There will be an optional 15 minute Q & A session at the end of each class for participants to ask questions or sit in on. This class would be great as a stand alone, or as a supportive service with other training.
