For adult dogs, I need a paper copy proof of Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccines.

For young puppies, I need to have proof of a Distember, a Distemper booster, at least a week from their Distemper booster, a Bordetella (kennel cough) and at least a week from their Bordetella.

We also require that all dogs and puppies be current on a flea/tick preventative (even in the winter months).
